Our Return Promise
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition. Like a trusty fishing reel, our process is smooth and reliable.
Non-Returnable Items
To protect our fishing community, these items cannot be returned:
- Artificial Baits & Attractants (opened packages)
- Dough Baits (perishable nature)
- Hooks & Terminal Tackle (safety reasons)
- Any item showing signs of use or missing original packaging
How to Return Your Fishing Gear
Follow these simple steps – easier than tying a Palomar knot:
- Initiate Your Return (within 15 days of delivery)

- Item(s) you’re returning
- Reason for return
- Whether you want exchange or refund
- Wait for Approval
We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and (if needed) a return shipping label.
- Pack Your Items Securely
Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories. For rods, use the original tube or equivalent protection.

Refund Timeline & Methods
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Delivery Time:

- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping back to you.
Exchange Policy
Want to swap that casting rod for a different action? Prefer different jig colors? We’ll help you exchange for:
- The same item in a different size/color
- A different item of equal value
- Store credit for future fishing gear purchases
Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Just specify “EXCHANGE” in your request and what you’d like instead.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your fishing gear arrives damaged or defective (that rare reel that doesn’t spin right), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll expedite a replacement at no cost to you.
International Returns
For our global anglers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs
- Include all customs forms marked “RETURNED GOODS”
- Allow extra time for international shipping
