We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Includes basic tracking

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian and remote regions.

Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy

We stand behind our fishing gear like a sturdy rod stands up to the big one. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll make it right.

Return Basics

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and accessories
  • Process: Simple 4-step process (easier than tying a clinch knot!)

Non-Returnable Items

To protect our fishing community, these items cannot be returned:

  • Artificial Baits & Attractants (opened packages)
  • Dough Baits (due to their perishable nature)
  • Hooks & Terminal Tackle (for safety reasons)
  • Any item showing signs of use or missing original packaging

How to Return Your Fishing Gear

  1. Initiate Your Return (within 15 days)

    • Item(s) you’re returning
    • Reason for return
    • Whether you want exchange or refund
  2. Wait for Approval

    We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and (if needed) a return shipping label.

  3. Pack Your Items Securely

    Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories. For rods, use the original tube or equivalent protection.

  4. Ship Your Return

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Delivery Time:
    • Credit cards: 5-10 business days
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping back to you.

Exchange Policy

Want to swap that casting rod for a different action? Prefer different jig colors? We’ve got you covered:

  • The same item in a different size/color
  • A different item of equal value
  • Store credit for future fishing gear purchases

Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Just specify “EXCHANGE” in your request and what you’d like instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your fishing gear arrives damaged or defective (that rare reel that doesn’t spin right), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll expedite a replacement at no cost to you.

International Returns

For our global anglers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • Include all customs forms marked “RETURNED GOODS”
  • Allow extra time for international shipping
